Any one of us could need
the services provided by
this levy.

The November issue renews an existing levy and adds 2.5 mills to protect services we rely on.

The  levy provides an addition $111 million in funding for critical services, and makes up for decreasing state and federal funds. Revenue is earmarked specifically for health and human services and cannot be used for anything else.

Cuyahoga County has recently made $20M in reductions to balance the budget, due in large part to federal reductions to SNAP and Medicaid. This issue would restore those cuts and protect vital services from further reductions.

Property owners will pay an additional $7.29 per month on $100,000 of auditor-appraised value.
